Body-Oriented Work

Emphasizing the interconnectedness between the brain and the body, emotions and feelings play a significant role in understanding our needs and identifying sources of discontent.

By focusing on feeling rather than thinking, we can become more aware of our emotional responses and bodily sensations. This can help us recognize boundaries, identify needs, and comprehend the core of our discontent at a deeper level than mere cognitive analysis.

Recognizing this connection between the brain and the body leads to a more holistic approach to well-being and self-awareness, taking into consideration both mental and physical aspects. This can contribute to a healthier and more balanced way of living.
