Development, freedom, authenticity, and openness are the essence of life for me. I feel most at home when I work with people who are seeking personal growth and are willing to explore both their past and their future. Creating real connection is my natural strength. With my professional background, intuition, energy, and a holistic view of life, I guide people towards their authentic self.

For me, coaching is not a method, but a flow—a dynamic process where challenge, relaxation, and development come together. This is not only recognizable in my work but also in the flow of my own life. My strength lies in combining different forms of guidance: from craft techniques to body-oriented work and an energetic approach. Through my creative background in the arts, I can use expressive techniques as an additional tool for growth and self-discovery.
