My Approach

When you ask me about the method or approach I use, my answer is simple: I work with what is present. Although I have a variety of techniques and methods at my disposal, I focus primarily on the situation and needs of the moment. In practice, I often encounter coaching questions that turn out to be something entirely different than initially expected. Frequently, I uncover tensions or contradictions between what you think, what you feel, and what your body truly needs.

These discoveries fascinate me deeply. I see it as my challenge to work with you to uncover the true coaching question. What brings you to me? What is holding you back? What is standing in the way of your personal or professional growth?

My approach often aligns with a holistic perspective: I look beyond just your thoughts and aim to work with you to get to the core of the issue. This can involve personal challenges, professional goals, or emotional blockages.

Below are some of the themes I regularly work with:

  • First aid for major impacts
Addressing physical and emotional challenges after a significant event.

  • Coaching for knowledge workers
Creating a connection between your thoughts, emotions, and body.

  • Focused leadership
Developing effective leadership by balancing connection, support, and direction.

  • Small or major reset
Clearing out old burdens and creating space for new energy.

  • Exploring a holistic approach
Learning to see yourself and your surroundings as an interconnected whole.

  • Life coaching
Connecting with yourself and with what is present in your life right now.

Through my coaching, I help you not only achieve your goals but also gain insight into the patterns and blockages you encounter along the way. Together, we work on fostering a deeper connection with yourself and the world around you.
